In my opinion i think any breed can be easy or difficult to housebreak. Shih Tzu are one breed that are supposed to be difficult however our puppy picked it up fine and has only had 2 accidents in the first couple of days he was here and none since. I think it depends on the dog really. We went with one method of training which was just to take him outside at regular intervals. Now he tells us when he wants to go potty.

Aquarium pumps getting clogged.?

Ok I have two filters on my tank a biowheel and canister. On top of that i have a current pump and a skimmer. The pumps for the skimmer and current are getting clogged. The skimmer has a foam sleeve around it and the current pump has nothing. The current pump still works though it could stand to be cleaned. But the skimmer yet again isnt working and the foam sleeve is crumpled up as if its clogged(not a lot of water flow through the pipe anymore either). Now my question is can do without this foam sleeve that continually gets clogged or is there a better thing i can use to fix this problem. Please let me know your thoughts.

Should I stay at a job that makes me absolutely miserable?

I have been at my job for three years now and it has gotten to the point where I am just miserable. I like the job it's just some of the people I work with. I am in my twenties and some of the older ladies are hateful to me. They always belittle me and cut me down. Sometimes they do not even respond when I speak to them. They make me feel like I am not a person and I do not count. There is a lot of backstabbing going on. They talk about everyone, I would be naive to think they don't talk about me either. They are always griping and complaining- it is just a hostile environment. In the past I have always gotten excellent reviews from my supervisor and have gotten raises but this year they have been saying a lot of things about me to him. He will hardly speak to me now and gives me mean looks. I am a quiet person and a hard worker. I go in and say hi to people, don't cause any trouble and just do my job. The only thing I can think of is that I have a bachelors degree and they only have an ociates, therefore I make more money even though I am fresh out of school and maybe they are resentful of this. It has gotten to the point where I cry at work a lot because they hurt my feelings so bad. I feel embarred for doing this and I know it just fuels them by letting them know that they can get to me like that. I could look for a new job, but I don't think that is the solution since I will most likely encounter people just like them wherever I go. Everyone tells me to kill them with kindness but it's hard when they're killing me with meaness. Should I keep trying to be nice or should I just stop speaking to them altogether?

A lot of viruses can cause depression, so watch out for that. it does p eventually, but you really need to look after yourself. So eat right, sleep properly etc, and you'll get there in the end. I personally had no experience with a Vizsla but my bff had one. They are "non shedding" dogs that apparently have no doggy smell. Very active, and are around medium size. They need about two long walks a day and a lot of time to play since they're so playful. I have 2 small dogs (both under 7 lbs) that have a section on the back yard they are alowed to use for their bathroom. It started last week, coming home from the visit to the house of Abe Lincoln. Now a museum. I have this ditch in the back yard. And I see figures in it. I was afraid it might hurt us. I called the police, they didn't find anything. They put this one device that told you if anyone was moving in there. Than they put lazers around it. They had cameras on the trees and than they said the camera saw nothing but the device that found people did, it was at a really high level of coldness. No lazers went off or anything. Than in the house, when I sleep, I keep hearing pounding on the floor. I live with my wife, she usually is in bed or at work. And she was at her army training the whole week. I keep waking up to find footprints of red paint or something going to my room and just stop right in the middle of the floor. That only happened 2 times. And smoke came from nowhere one day. Like one puff just puffed into my face. And in bed one night, I woke up and felt this really heavy thing on my chest. I couldn't move or breath at all. I just seen this red fur. I just ped back to sleep and woke up in the morning than it was gone. Sometimes I wake up and my TV is turned a different direction. And I have this old toy and I went to the basement and it was on. It was this one light up box that made a picture. And it showed a picture of nothing but it was on. Just a messed up picture. I also keep hearing voices and doors slamming shut hard. I called the police again one time and they ran out of the house scared as hell. I don't know what it was. I went in with my bravery. And I ignored it. Nothing was there. Except a balloon I never seen before. I poped it and threw it away. I am scared. It is still going on. Heck, just last night I seen this shadow run across the wall that didn't look like mine at all and I wasn't running. Than it got to the corner of the wall and it disappeared. It looked like it was half way off the wall. My pasture said that I have a great case of something terribly sensible. He also said it could be Satan haunting me. I also fear I might die, I find knives setting on counters sometimes. I once woke up and found a pitch black person looking down at me on my bed. It was late at night. Of coarse I screamed. How to remove a boot off of the spark plug/coil wire?

I have removed and replaced my coil on my briggs and stratton lawnmower engine but the new coil didnt come with a boot for its coil wire and i cannot figure out how to remove the boot from the old one without dammaging it. any help or tips would be appreciated for getting the boot off and on. thanks EASY 10 points

Hi Everyone, i have a dirt track car that i want to put a 283 SBC motor into. Its not the biggest i know but its all i got for now. Question about cashing checks at 5/3...please help.?

I have an overdrawn account at 5/3 that is about to close out. It is a long story but I am disputing the overdraws and have not paid anything on it and dont plan too unless they work something out with me. But anyway I have a check that was written out to me that is a 5/3 check...2 party. I am having a hard time cashing this check since I am overdrawn there. Leased a 2005 Ford Escape AWD for 2 years. Great car, had 0 problems. Only time I took it to the dealer was to turn in the lease. Went through snow great. Highly recommend the Escape. I wouldn't bother. If it's for a tournament, then you might be concerned, but you can also shrink it too much and it won't be legal. Some tournaments are very strict about how tight a gi can be. It will shrink on it's own. I wash my gi in cold/cold and hang dry, and it still shrunk. Yes, you can stretch it out to some extent, but not to it's original size. Go ahead and work with the loose gi, during practice, it can only help your technique. It will shrink. If you're really concerned from a competition point of view, make sure you understand the rules for how tight it can be so you don't over-shrink it. The more you wash it, the more it will shrink, so you could always buy a competition gi that you shrink or that fits tighter and only wear it to compete in.

What happens to the earnest money when a home loan is denied?

My husband and I just got word that our home loan didn't go through. We have had many issues with the first lender and when we changed lenders, we were told there was a guarantee we would close in 30 days. Well, we didn't do anything wrong, but things on a credit report that were not supposed to be there still were and that blew the deal. Anyways, the sellers are threatening to sue both parties' agents for them having to pay their mortgage on the house (they still live in the home and HAVE been living there) and want the earnest money from us. As I understand, since the loan didn't go through for us to buy this home, they are not entitled to the earnest money. In order for us to get the earnest money back, we have to have both parties sign a release. We signed, but they refused. It was briefly explained to me that since they won't sign, it will sit in a trust fund (?) for two years and be investigated to see whether or not the judge releases it back to us, or if they get it. But, I was also told that it could be cashed between now and then even when they refuse to sign the release. So can anyone tell me, which one is it? Does it sit there untouched for two years, legally, or do they have the right to cash it no matter what, even though legally they are not entitled to it because the loan didn't go through? Let me remind you, we did not back out of the deal. We have been going after this home for three months or so now and never gave up on it. Someone please help me! I have limited understanding of these kinds of things. Thank you in advance!

HELP! My car stalls alot. Mostly while I'm driving down the highway. sometimes when I just start to take off?

I have a 00 Camaro. It has 95k on it. It stalls almost everytime I drive it. When it stalls mostly I'm driving down a highway going 50 but it does not discriminate. It will stall once in a while say when I pull out of a parking lot or something but my car has to be running for a min. When it stalls the check gates light comes on. My oil level goes completely down but if I turn my car completely off the oil level goes back up to normal. Even after I remove Tue keys. Weird. I know there is plenty of oil in it. Right when i get on my computer it's fine for like 30-45 seconds in that amount of time i have to get an internet explorer page up and yah. When he joined the mafia organization, the organization accused him and his family of fostering disloyal attitudes toward the organization. The boy had to marry into the family by being with a poor girl whose father was a loyal mafia member. The organization had investigated all of his information, including that of his family's financial status and family background, which lead to the boy's emotionally torture as his famiylo had no knowledge of thsi happening. His desire to explain this to his father had been futile as his father worshipped the public front of the organization, named "Peace 22", and woudl only be disbelieved. HIs school grades were slipping and getting worse, and he was trying to escape reality by turning to drugs. The mafia members had also put the boy under surveilllance so that they could monitor and condemn him if he happened to say anything disloyal towards the mafia, and to follow him to make sure they knew every single person he was contacting. The mafia members told the boy that the police were going to destroy him without their protection and that he had to sacrifice his entire family's wealth and status and lead his parents to unkowingly particiapte with the mafia. The only loyal feelings he had towards teh mafia was mere attachment to the girl, but he knew very well that the girl was being used to pull him intio the organization and sacrifice everything he had in order to use him. Well, If I remember correctly. It should just use 10w40 motorcycle motor oil and it would go in on the right hand side (you should see the plug that you unscrew to add the oil). The prairie is belt drive, so you should not have a seperate transmission. Then you would need to get the oil for the rear (wetbrake oil if no external drum) and front differential fluid.
