What do you think of this?

I am astounded that this is happening in the U.K. regardless of which government is in power this system of secret hearings is illegal and smacks of incompetence and arrogance. Surely in the 21st century this cannot be allowed to continue, it is inhumane and barbaric and totally disregarding the young people's basic human rights whilst in Government care. Perhaps 'care' is the wrong word, incarceration is more apt.
