Something is affecting your liver and it is showing signs of inflammation. It could be a complication of your surgery, it could be medications you are taking, it could be other things. Get the recommended testing done, let your doctor figure out what is going on and what the proper treatment might be, otherwise, ask for a referral to a specialist.
