Can BV make you not have babies?

hi i dont have STD or anything like that but i have BV i had miscarriage in march BV happened in august got on antibiotics which helped abit but got it again went dr 2 days ago but since november been cramping that got worse during december and jan now im back on antibiotics and since i been on them the cramping seems to have gone down alot and i had discharge which was clear and all the time and not smelly can BV make u infertile?
