Are lhasa apso's hard to housebreak?

In my opinion i think any breed can be easy or difficult to housebreak. Shih Tzu are one breed that are supposed to be difficult however our puppy picked it up fine and has only had 2 accidents in the first couple of days he was here and none since. I think it depends on the dog really. We went with one method of training which was just to take him outside at regular intervals. Now he tells us when he wants to go potty.
