The drugs...?

im 14 yrs old and i havent talked to my mom in god knows how long! and i would like to see her...i live in Michigan shes in jail in Georgia, but ive found her on a jail site it took me a whole year to find her and ive been checking up on her for 2 years know. my dad just when to Baghdad and im not very happy with my life i live with my dads new wife. and my mom is coming out in a few days and i was wonderign with there is a way for me to c her with out telling anyone...as in run away. i need help
