What 3rd world country would you spend a year in if you could?

I've been living in Ethiopia for a while and I'm about to move to another country for a year. Much to my surprise I have loved my time in one of the worlds poorest countries and I would like to stay with another one. Pretty much my question is what other countries outside of Africa have really nice people, beautiful girls, fun places to go ( for young people) and is unknown enough not to have tons of tourist running around.
