Others are getting mails from my Yahoo ID with attachments/ viruses which I'm not aware of.?

They get mails from my Yahoo ID with attachements and subject line' Your Information or doents attached'.My comp looks clean afterI ran all the diagnostics. Can anyone having knowledge of stopping this kindly give me some info, please?
