What are the chances of my friend having something?

Well my best friend is a addict and I'm worried about her. She has talked to me about it and told me how she has had with 2 different guys in the same night and then a diffrent one the next day. She wrote a list of all the guys last year and there was at lest 30 and she even said there are some that she forgot about. She just turned 20, she has been with a lot of my friends. She tells me everything so I know that she has had with at least 20 guys in the last year and shes been having since she was 16, also we live in Omaha Nebraska, in Douglas county which has once of the highest STD rates in the nation. I'm sure she has something, what do you think?
